TR Series Conservationist Mini Pulaski Axe

Fairly a great product, does its job good, but I’m not too sure if my handle on the axe was supposed to be un-waxed? In the picture clearly shows that they are waxed. In the description doesn’t say that it is or isn’t, but isn’t too much of a problem. otherwise that, it’s a great axe.

I received the Mini Pulaski Axe with a chip on the back blade 7 days ago and I’m still waiting for customer support for options. They told me it’s with in tolerance, that I should not expect a “show piece “. I told them I purchased a new item, I didn’t purchase a blemished product. This is where I stand now, still un-resolved. Customer support has been very underwhelming. They don’t seem to care about the customer. Although the chip is not very big, you can definitely see it and feel it. I purchased the tool to carry in my truck and side by side, I don’t need a “show piece”. But I paid for a new item and that’s my expectation, or at least offered a discount for a blemished item.

Its really nice tool well made quality.

Great Axe. Super sharp and holds edge well. Love the mini pulaski end. Nice and compact yet useful.
