How long before my product ships?
Our lead time can be up to 5 business days for all non-custom orders. We will do everything we can to get orders shipped as soon as possible. We are a small manufacturer that is focused on getting you the best product possible. That takes a bit of time, but is well worth any wait!
Custom orders generally add 5-10 business days to processing times.
How long are transit times?
Shipping estimates at check out do not include that processing time. The quotes on shipping time during checkout should be used as a guideline as shipping providers cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Both the USPS and FedEx can experience delays, which are noted on their websites. There have been a lot of warnings about the potential for shipping delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control those delays. Once the package is in transit, the delivery date is ultimately controlled by the shipping provider. We can not guarantee transit times.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly 100% made in the USA.
That means materials and labor. While some of our competitors feel it is ok to take foriegn parts, assemble them here and call it American Made we do not.
The steel heads come from foundries in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Our premium American hickory handles are turned to our exact specifications in Alabama & Arkansas.
Our leather accessories are made for us to our specifications in Montana.
Our products are all assembled and shipped from our factory in Illinois.
I placed an order and want to change it. How can can I do so?
The short answer is you most likely won't be able to. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting it.
Immediately upon being placed your order gets cued and allocation of the materials for your order begins. Once this process starts orders are locked and can't be changed. If caught soon enough sometimes orders can be cancelled but there is a short window on doing so after placement.
If you find yourself in this situation feel free to shoot us an email and we will advise on whats possible.
International Shipping - Are there any additional fees?
There may be additional import taxes, customs duties and/or fee due upon delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Our Lifetime warranty on steel heads against manufacturer's defects, such as cracks or breaks, not including misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear. Tool will need to be returned to us for verification along with proof of purchase. Approved warranty claims will be covered by repair or replacement of the purchased product.
30 day warranty on wood handles, with proof of purchase and photos of broken/damaged handle to rule out misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear from use.
How do I care for my Hardcore Hammers tools?
Tools should be kept clean and dry at all times. Before any use, metal heads should be inspected for sharpness, tight fit on handles, chips or cracks, and for any damage to handles from overstrikes or misses. A damaged striking tool should be repaired or replaced immediately. After use, metal heads should be cleaned, dried, oiled and stored safely in a dry, climate controlled environment until next use.
If I order multiple items will they always match?
The short answer is it depends on the item our blackout and tactical finishes are paint and are typically perfect matches. Our finishes like Zombie Red and our color tipped models (Blue, Green, etc) are more of a stain and allow the wood to show thru.
While we use the same colors there can be a big variance in the darkness of the colors and multiple items purchased may or may not match based on the wood beneath. Also please note the pictures on our website are one example of a color variation you may receive and not necessarily the exact shade.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns authorized within 7 calendar days of delivery on unused products in as new condition . You must obtain an RMA before shipping by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns and all refunds will be issued in store credit.
