Processing Time
- We accept orders online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. and always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. On non custom items normal shipping time is typically 1 business day but may take up to 5 business days during times of peak demand.
- Orders will start processing immediately after being placed and may not be able to be modified or canceled after they are placed.
Shipping Time
- In-stock products are usually delivered within 3 business days of being shipped unless otherwise noted on the shipping.
- Pre-order products may be shipped separately after they become available.
- Accessories may be shipped separately and therefore arrive before or after the other items in your order.
- Shipping time will vary depending on where you live and is not guaranteed, only estimated. Estimated times in transit appear next to each shipping method choice available. If you need expedited shipping, please contact support@hardcorehammers.com for assistance.
- Delivery time is time in transit and does not include the time to manufacture and process your order, as most are made to order.
Delivery Addresses
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address entered. If a item is delivered incorrectly or returned to us Hardcore Hammers is not responsible for any additional charges needed to complete delivery. All additional charges will be collected from the customer prior to reshipment.
