Returns are accepted on new items in unused original resell ready condition. Once items have been used or altered in any way they are no longer returnable.
Returns requests are accepted up to 7 days after package delivery.
In order to facilitate a return please contact Hardcore Support via email at support@hardcorehammers.com to be issued an RMA. Packages arriving at our warehouse without a prior RMA will not be accepted. Items must be shipped prepaid and insured via a trackable method as customer is responsible for the items until they arrive safely and are processed at our warehouse.
On all approved returns a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. If you used a free shipping offer when ordering the normal shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days to post to you account.
