Returns are accepted on new, unused items. Once items have been used or altered in any way, they are no longer returnable. Custom or personalized items are not able to be returned.
Returns requests are accepted up to 5 days after package delivery.
In order to facilitate a return please contact Hardcore Support via email at support@hardcorehammers.com to be issued an RMA. Packages arriving at our warehouse without a prior RMA will not be accepted. Items must be shipped prepaid and insured via a trackable method.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or credited towards and exchange, minus shipping cost, and may take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
