Hardcore Hammers offers a limited lifetime warranty on the steel heads of their tools against manufacturer's defects, such as cracks or breaks. However, the warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, the tool must be returned to Hardcore Hammers along with proof of purchase. Approved claims will be covered by repair or replacement of the product.
Hardcore Hammers also offers a 30-day warranty on wood handles. To make a claim, proof of purchase and photos of the broken or damaged handle are required to rule out misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
For all warranty claims the tool must be shipped prepaid to Hardcore Hammers for inspection and final warranty approval.
